I’m always on some kind of journey. Even in my down time, I find myself striving for success—or the answer to boredom. That’s why I’m embarking on one of my biggest life goals: writing a book, while I got the time of youth on my side.
I’m working on my first book, which will either be self-published or, who knows, maybe picked up by a publisher. I’m raising my own budget for marketing because I want to make this book happen. To tie it into my music, an album will accompany the book—not just featuring me, but also Paul Chastain of Velvet Crush and Matthew Sweet fame, as well as my good friend and producer A. Michael Collins, who worked on my song Search Lights.
We have more guests planned, and the album will connect directly to the book. Each chapter will reflect the emotions of a song, bringing the characters’ journeys to life.
