DEBUT ALBUM — OCTOBER 23, 2026 Award-winning Connecticut singer-songwriter

Dear Therapist, What’s Eating J.Edmond? is a record about taking a hard look at where you’ve been, where you are, and what the hell comes next.

After a successful crowdfunding campaign, plans for several collaborators fell through, and the album took an unexpected turn. Instead of waiting on a record label to make it happen, J.Edmond decided to release the record himself—taking complete ownership of the music and the journey behind it.

Then life threw a few more curveballs.

An autism diagnosis and a heart attack changed the way J.Edmond looked at himself, his relationships, his career, and the limited amount of time we all get to spend here. Those experiences became part of the DNA of this album: the confusion, the humor, the anger, the grief, the hope, and the realization that sometimes the only way forward is to stop trying to be the person everyone else expects you to be.

The result is an intimate, guitar-driven album that feels less like a collection of songs and more like opening up someone’s journal and finding out they wrote the soundtrack, too.

Across eleven tracks, J.Edmond handles vocals and guitar, joined by an incredible cast of musicians including Fernando Perdomo, A. Michael Collins, Paul Chastain, Danny Henry, and Tommy Hayes.

Every song was written by Jeremy M. Edmond, with Track 8 co-written with A. Michael Collins.

The album was produced by Fernando Perdomo at Forward Motion Studios, with Tracks 7 and 8 produced by A. Michael Collins at Gotebo. Executive production comes from Greg Richling, with artwork by Joe Ghoul and Owen Radford with a photo of J by Zach Andersen.

But this album isn’t just the work of the people in the credits.

It exists because of the people who believed in it before they could hear it.

The founding backers, friends, family, musicians, radio personalities, artists, fellow creators, and everyone who has supported J.Edmond and the Starlights community helped bring this record into the world.

Dear Therapist, What’s Eating J.Edmond? is dedicated to Brandon “Slim” Polin & Family.

This is the record that happened when the plan stopped working.

So J.Edmond made a new one.

Welcome to the album.

J.Edmond woke up with a creative fire under him, he needed a collaboration, and he needed it fast. The last time he teamed up with another artist was with AirforEffect, and he knew it was time to make that magic happen again.

Then lightning struck. Jak Fiddler sent a song into the station J hosts on Unlikely Places, and the spark was immediate. A question was asked… and answered just as quickly.

From idea to reality in just three days, the track was written, recorded, mixed, and produced. Jak brought his team together, along with producer Ryan, to make sure it truly shined.

The result? A bold collision of worlds..Country meets Indie Rock.

“Some Way” began its life as a Jebb track titled “Isolated Dew”, written by Jeremy Edmond during the stillness of the COVID shutdowns. At the time, the song was a deeply personal expression—an emotional outlet shaped by J’s love for bands like Klaatu and The Posies. Years later, while watching Fire Aid, that same creative spark reignited. Moved by both memory and the moment, J revisited the song, reshaping it entirely—rewriting, rerecording, and expanding it into something new. Renamed Some Way, the track evolved into a message of resilience, growth, and healing. Now featuring an all-star lineup—A. Michael Collins (Bow Wow Wow/Tommy Tutone/Gene Loves Jezebel), Fernando Perdomo, Paul Chastain (The Velvet Crush/Matthew Sweet/The Small Square), and Danny Henry (Drake Bell)—Some Way carries the spirit of collaboration and compassion. To honor its roots, the single will be featured on an EP titled “Isolated Dew”, a heartfelt nod to the original version that started it all. This EP also includes J’s last two singles “Search Lights” & “City Walk”plus the bside “M.Paserbye” In support of those impacted by the devastating fires in Los Angeles and surrounding areas, a portion of all proceeds from “Isolated Dew” EP that “Some Way” is featured on will be donated to Pasadena Educational Foundation Eaton Fire Response Fund. Donations to the Pasadena Educational Foundation Eaton Fire Response Fund support the students, families, staff of Pasadena Unified School District who were impacted by the fire. This release isn’t just about music—it’s about giving back, finding strength in art, and helping others find their own “some way” forward..
