Dear Therapist Tour Log
January 30th, 2026
Parking was nowhere to be seen—we had to figure that out fast. Matt called me; he was circling the place. Will was on his way in an Uber, and street parking was still buried under that snow stuff from last week’s storm.
The 1.5-hour drive was worth every minute. Playlist locked in: The Guess Who, Grass Roots, Hot Mulligan, Paramore, and more. I was ready. We all worked hard to put these shows together, and constant fear is not going to run my life anymore.

Dear Therapist Night 1 commenced with Matt Numa, then William Parr, and then—oh shoot—it was me.
Now I’m up on stage, sitting in front of an Elvis mic… yeah, that Shure one. Song by song, the audience responds, and it’s an incredible feeling. I am ready.
Thank you to everyone who came out in the cold to see us. The show was recorded and is up now on the website. A $2 download helps support this tour and everyone involved.

Woke up this morning with my left ear still totally wrecked—in the best way possible—from Motion City Soundtrack last night. No pain, just that lovely post-show fog. 100% my fault for standing at the barricade, directly in front of a speaker, even with ear protection. Can’t hear out of it… worth it though. Always worth it.

It’s been a wildly good week all around. I spent the last few days sharing the word and locking in some support for the album I’m working on with Fernando Perdomo and Greg Richling (former 20-year member of The Wallflowers). We’re sitting at $360 of our $4,000 goal, and every bit of that momentum feels huge. Greg is executive producing and helping guide decisions as we head toward release, and Fern and I have demoed so much this week—it’s been one of those creatively charged stretches you wish you could bottle. If you would like to support in any way you can check the crowdfunding here.
Tonight is Day 2 of the tour, and I couldn’t be happier to be back at Nevermind Shop. This is my third time playing here, and it somehow feels like coming home every time. I’m joined tonight by Zach Andersen and Matthew Dylan—massive thanks to Matt for jumping in on short notice and making it happen.
Feeling grateful, buzzing from the music, and ready to play.
See you all this afternoon in Burlington,CT The Nevermind Shop 2pm ET (02/07/26). 💙🎶
